Siobhan Archer is Global Head of Stewardship at LGT Wealth Management, responsible for the strategy behind proxy voting, company engagement, and public policy advocacy across the UK, Europe, and Asia. Since joining in 2021, she has built and led LGT's active ownership programme, extending its reach across the firm's full value chain, from listed companies and fund managers to industry-wide collaborative initiatives.
Siobhan represents LGT on several high-profile investor coalitions including CA100+, Nature Action 100 and PRI Advance. She is a member of the Global Stewardship Committee and Sustainable Governance Committee. She is also a founding member of Flourishing, LGT's internal women's network, focused on female client acquisition, and talent retention.
Siobhan is a regular speaker at industry events and has been quoted in Responsible Investor and Investment Week on stewardship and governance themes. She holds the CFA ESG Certificate and the CFA Impact Investing Certificate, as well as a MSc from Imperial College in Environmental Technology.
